Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags or labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can reach us using our contact form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization form as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. A return shipping label may be provided in some cases, if not, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges required to send the item(s) back to us. Items sent without first requesting a return authorization will NOT be accepted.

All items eligible for return are subject to a 10% restocking fee, except in situations where the return was caused by our error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect all items in your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 5 business days if any item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s). We will evaluate the issue and try our best to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or special orders/personalized items. We also do not accept returns for tuning software or flashing devices. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Any product(s) that have been installed, modified, tampered, damaged, or swapped by the purchaser in any way are NOT ELIGIBLE for a return. If we discover any sign of damage or tampering, the purchase will be ineligible for return/exchange and the customer will have the choice to pay the shipping cost to take the item(s) back or forfeit the item(s) completely. Returns will NOT be accepted if the item(s) are shipped after the 14 day time period.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any FINAL SALE items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the initial shipping amount) to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

International Customers
No Customs or Duty fees are paid to or by MotoGear Garage. Every country has different rules and regulations regarding the importation of products. Therefore payment of those fees (if any) will be your FULL responsibility when an order arrives in your country. If outstanding customs or duty fees are left unpaid for any purchase, the item(s) will be destroyed by customs and you will NOT be eligible for any refunds. We are also not responsible for any shipping or customs delays. By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging and accepting any inherent risks associated with an international purchase. We will NOT refund any shipping costs due to transit delays.
